Climate Clinic with Claire O’Rourke and Chris Darwin

  • Blue Mountains Cultural Centre 30 Parke Street Katoomba, NSW, 2780 Australia (map)

In need of a fierce hope injection? Smash the doom and gloom and join us for this free session with climate activist and author Claire O’Rourke as she talks with Chris Darwin about actions you can take now and answer your questions about how to make a difference.

Claire O’Rourke is an author, environmentalist and advocate who has spent two decades working in journalism, communications and campaigns around the world. She is currently working as Australia Program Director at The Sunrise Project. Her first book, Together We Can, a collection of stories about people taking climate change action, was published last year.

Chris Darwin is a great-great-grandson of Charles Darwin. He is the author of two books, The Social Climbers and The Ultimate Australian Adventure Guide. His purpose is to stop the global mass extinction of species.

 All ages welcome.
