STORY FACTORY'S PRESCRIPTION POETRY BOOTH

  • The Carrington Hotel 15-47 Katoomba Street Katoomba, NSW, 2780 Australia (map)

For thousands of years, people have understood the benefits of reading and writing. Responding to a list of common worries, students wrote appropriate poetic cures: for a remedy to revitalise your broken heart, a cure for the blister on your heel and everything in between. Let the students and staff of Story Factory provide healing and literary nourishment to soothe whatever ails you.

The poetry prescription booth will be located next to the Festival ticket registration desk outside the Grand Dining Room at the Carrington Hotel.

This venue is wheelchair accessible, but please visit our Accessibility page or email hello@bluemountainswritersfestival.com.au if you have any other accessibility requirements.

This event is presented in partnership with Story Factory.
