Dr Melissa Kang
Melissa Kang is a medical doctor and associate professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. Her research has focused on adolescent sexual health and sexuality education, and also on young people's access to health care. She was also the medical writer for 'Dolly Doctor' Q&A for 23 years, between 1993 and 2016. Together with Yumi Stynes she has co-authored four books for adolescents demystifying some of the most frequently asked questions she has been asked by young people throughout her career as a doctor, researcher and columnist.
